PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION

In case of returning part or all of your order, it is necessary to contact flogashop.gr either by phone or by email (info@flogashop.gr).

 

The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents (retail receipt or invoice, any promotional material, etc.). Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you at your own expense. Please take note of the instructions on this form. Before sending your return please make sure that 14 calendar days have not passed since you received your order.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT/S

If you wish to change the product you received, you must send us, by email, the code of the order you wish to change, the name and the mobile phone where the order was placed.

You can also call 2103211493 and make your change over the phone.

The cost of the change is borne by the consumer (you can send it back with the carrier of your choice), you also bear the costs of sending it back to you after the change. In case the return conditions are not met, the corresponding products are returned to the customer at his own expense.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not made. Instead of a refund, a credit is given if you are within the time limit of 15 working days from the date flogashop.gr received the returned products. The credit can be used within 1 year from the day I first purchased the products. To use the credit, you must contact us by phone (tel. 2103211493) or send an email to info@flogashop.gr.
